HAZEMAG announces a new design to its line of Sand Impactors. The “New” AP-V & AP-VM Series Impactors are ideally suited for the production of chippings or manufactured sand from raw materials such as limestone, dolomite and gravel. Thanks to its innovative design and state of the art HAZtronic control technology, the operational flexibility and wide range of product granulation capabilities of the AP-V impactor is easily realized. HAZEMAG impactors are renowned for their reliability, efficiency and processing versatility. The AP-V impact crusher is symmetrical in design, allowing its operation in both directions. The advantage being that, as wear on one edge (side) of the blowbars progresses, a change in the direction of the rotor rotation exposes a new, sharp edge. This means that the impactor is always operating at optimum efficiency, producing a uniform, high quality product gradation while at the same time extending normal service intervals. The AP-V impactor is available in three (3) sizes: 60 ton/hour, 100 ton/hour and 160 ton/hour.
