THE HAZEMAG PRIMARY GKH-TYPE DISC HYDRAULIC ROTOR - The K-type rotor (6 or 8 row design) is normally utilized for the reduction of higher abrasive, shot rock limestones and dolomites. As a result of its very heavy duty design, weighing up to 145,000 lbs., this rotor is capable of reducing minus 60” shot rock material. Thanks to this exclusive HAZEMAG design, the blowbars are clamped into the rotor body and secured hydraulically. Their rotation (up to 3 times) or changeout is greatly simplified and impactor downtime is reduced to a fraction of other systems. This rotor offers an excellent, economical solution for the primary reduction of higher abrasive materials. This rotor design is available on the primary impactor models: APP, APPM, APPE, and APCM.
