THE HAZEMAG PRIMARY Q-TYPE DISC ROTOR - The Q-type rotor (4 row design) is normally utilized for the reduction of shot rock limestone, dolomite, recycled concrete, and asphalt. As a result of its heavy duty design, this rotor is capable of reducing minus 36” shot rock material. The blowbars are clamped into the rotor body and secured through a mechanical wedge locking system. The blowbars are reversible (up to 3 times) for optimum wear life. Their rotation or changeout is simplified through the wedge release system and impactor downtime is reduced to a minimum. This rotor design is normally utilized on the primary impactor models: APPH and APSE.
