alljig® jigging machines ensure the high product quality
In the new gravel beneficiation plant in the Ellerdonk gravel quarry two air-pulsed alljig® jigging machines clean the 2 – 32 mm raw gravel and thus replace five jigging machines, which used to work according to the old beneficiation concept.
Due to the reliable separation of organic impurities with only two jigging machines, the allmineral technology significantly contributes to saving energy and water of the complete gravel beneficiation.
After almost one year of operation the operator is enthusiastic over the performance and reliability of the technology and is already planning the retrofitting of further air-pulsed jigging machines for other sites.
Sales Manager Thomas Neumann is delighted: “ It’s amazing that within such a short time a convincing concept has been developed and that in addition we were able to acquire a convinced customer in Germany. More than 90% of our deliveries have been exported abroad so far”.
