HAZEMAG supplies equipment to Jinan Baode Furnace Charge Material in China
HAZEMAG Group to supply equipment for new aggregates plant to Jinan Baode Furnace Charge Material Co., Ltd., Shandong Province, P.R. China
In June 2018, Shandong Jigang New Environment Protection Material Co., Ltd ordered equipment at HAZEMAG Group for their new aggregates plant in Shandong Province, P.R. China.
The plant is going to process 2 x 2,000 t/h limestone to aggregate material in fractions of 0-5, 5-10, 10-20 and 20-31.5 mm by a crushing and screening process. HAZEMAG machinery supplied to achieve this is
- 2 Roller Screens HRS 2624
- 2 Primary Impact Crusher HPI 2030 and
- 4 Secondary Impact Crusher HSI 1625.
The primary crushing plant will be located inside the quarry and operate 10 hrs/day due to environmental noise protection regulations. Material then is transported by a 1-km-belt conveyor to an intermediate storage with a capacity of 50,000 tons. This material will be fed to the in-house located secondary crushing plant which will run 16 hrs/day. Total product output of the plant will be 10 million tons/year.
Delivery of the equipment is foreseen for April 2019, test run for June 2019 and the complete plant should be in operation in August 2019.
This project is the first one of this kind and plant size for HAZEMAG Group in China. Due to the poor sustainability operation mode of many of the small existing aggregates plants, the Chinese Government encourages companies to invest in much bigger capacities per plant. Therefor the aggregates industry in China is expected to face a huge growth within the next years. This project gives a very auspicious perspective for HAZEMAG Group in Chinese aggregates market.
